No, you can always purchase as guest on the webshop without having to log in. If you are a B2B customer, we recommend that you make a login to get the B2B benefits. To create a login you need to have a company VAT number.
2. I am a not able to log in into the webshop – what to do?

Unfortunately, you are not able to buy through the webshop, when you are located outside EU, Norway, UK and Switzerland, but you can send customer service an e-mail to olino@olino.dk , where you list the garments, you would like to purchase, and customer service will place the order for you.

We accept returns on unworn items within 14 days of delivery. Customized items may have specific return policies, so please contact our support team for assistance at olino@olino.dk
Return the item in the original packaging and the item must be unused and in the same condition as received. If not, we reserve the right to deduct 30% from the sale price.
